During my stay, despite the busy check-in period, Ms. Jady, the receptionist, was incredibly efficient and helpful. She swiftly processed my check-in, addressing all my queries with a warm and professional demeanour. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Ms. Jady ensured that my preferences were met, making the check-in process smooth. The room provided by her was exceptionally spacious, featuring a remarkably comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, reflecting a high standard of housekeeping. Additionally, the bathroom was equally impressive with its modern design and cleanliness. The amenities provided were sufficient and added to the overall comfort of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel based on the excellent accommodations provided. I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from one of the staff members who delivered my food. Although I regret not recalling her name, her kindness and attentiveness left a lasting impression. She not only delivered my meal promptly but also took the time to inquire if there was anything else I needed, demonstrating a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Her hospitality and service quality were truly commendable, adding a personal touch to my dining experience at the hotel. Such dedicated staff members contribute significantly to the overall positive atmosphere and guest satisfaction.

- Location is great, a 3 min walk to the mall of Emirates and 2 of my favorite restaurants. - The staff were always very friendly and responsive to my requests. They always offered plenty of water as I was often stuck in my room working long hours during this trip. On this trip, I traveled with heavy bags and the staff were very helpful in assisting with these. Overall, a good experience for the price. - The food in the Monarch restaurant was a bit pricy, but was great. I often wanted to personally thank the chef for the choices of chicken and fish dishes. I thoroughly enjoyed the food. - Lighting in the room is usually an insignificant feature, but I was pleasantly surprised by the switchable soft backlighting designed as part of the decor. I often worked long hours and this lighting presented a good environment for work and enjoying movies when I got the chance. I liked the design of the building, with a hall balcony overlooking the lobby and giving the feeling of more open space. While being rectangular, the floor design provided an unexpected change to the boring simplistic arrangements often found in many hotels.

What’s more, the staff was PERFECT, Ernest made the best omelets, Karam and Karam and Ryan made exceptional coffees and were very helpful with everything, the philippic waitresses were so cheerful and nice, Mizanour is a clean guy and is very good at housekeeping, etc etc.. I really made beautiful memories in Elite Byblos hotel.

We got a complementary room upgrade, the room was clean and nice, the breakfast was good too. They helped us book a Desert Safari with guide/driver Saqib which was a very good experience. Would highly recommend.
